St. George trip!

One of the first weekends in June we took a trip to St George with Brittany's family.  Everyone was able to make it and it was so fun!  Of course the kid's favorite part was the pool!  We even took Reese out.  We got her a tube that she can lay in and it has an umbrella over her.  She fell asleep in it :)

The girls went shopping after the boys went golfing.  At one point Lindsey and Brittany tried on the same dress without knowing and came out of the dressing room at the same time! It was hilarious :) 

Libby and Ian tried out some hats and were being goofy.  Then Libby was 

mad when we weren't going to buy the hat for her!

Lance was being a dork and surfing on the luggage cart!

Reese's first time in the pool!  She wasn't too sure what to do and did very little splashing.  But she enjoyed it so later that night we ran to the store to get her a swimming suit and floating device.

Marshall has always tried to get Libby to swim without her floating blow-up turtle and just use her arm floaties.  Well as soon as she saw that Indy, who is younger than her, swim with hers she decided she was ready.  The picture below is her first time going by herself with the arm floaties.  The first time she tried she went all the way across the pool!!  She was so excited.  Now we need to get her in to swimming lessons so she can have even more fun when we go!

Of course, the boys had fun too :)  And no, Marshall is not wearing a shirt, he is just has that bad of a farmer's tan!

It was a very relaxing trip and we spent a lot of time at the pool, chatting, and eating.

girls camp!

I was called a year ago to be the Young Women's President and have loved every moment that I have had.  I have been grateful for the women I have served with, they have all been amazing.   Here are pictures from this years girls camp.

The leaders did it as well, but we had 9 people and I think
our 3-5 min skit turned into a 25 min production of Ammon
cutting off the arms.  I played King Lamoni.

We all washed off in the river.  After coming out of the water
I couldn't open my eyes or my contacts would come
out  so the girls laughed at me because I couldn't see.

Jada's Graduation!!!

The Graduation ceremony! bill, lisa, grandma and grandpa, Libby, Marshall, Me and Reese.  We sent libby home with family so she didn't stay the entire time but she watched a movie while she sat quietly.

After the graduation dinner party at Teppanyaki,  We had a wonderful time!  Marshall and Bill talked golf while everyone else talked about their wonderful dinner.  At one point Jada was laughing so hard her chair fell over and then laughed even harder.  it was a super fun evening and we are so proud of Jada and all her hard work to finish high school!.
