December Pictures

Libby drew a picture of our family and Jada and Nick.  She also did a color by number and the cool part was that she read what each color was so excited she read it all by herself,  I didn't have to tell her!

So getting Marshall to take me on a date is like pulling teeth.  I have to plan, find a sitter, decide on dinner and if I want people to go with I have to make it happen.   So because he refuses to participate in planning I bought tickets to a dinner show and we went.  At the end he said "it was better than I thought it was going to be" I enjoyed myself and that is all that matters.

Libby is growing up right before my eyes. She has become a great helper!!!

Libby always wants to help feed Reese and sometimes I let her.

She is learning how to read!! And knows the words he, the, be, I, and, snow,  and a few others that I can't remember right now ;-)

Cuddling with presents!!

Libby is a great big sister she plays really well with Reese.  She lets her play ponies and read books

I was walking into the church and slipped on a patch of ICE.  It hurt and I was super wet!!  And a candid of Libby Lou.

Libby's Christmas Tree Dec 5

Marshall's Mom has the kids make decorations every Christmas at the family Christmas party.  About 4 years ago she gave me all of Marshall's childhood decorations.  So instead of putting them all on my tree we bought a kids tree that Libby sets up and decorates with all our homemade decorations (since I know there will be many).  So far my brother Lance has helped her set it up (good training for when he gets to be a dad).  She said the star reminded her of Haley

Young Women's activity dec 8

I find that most of my time not being a "mom" is spent working with the Young Women of my ward.
We gave each young woman an opportunity to have their own activity.  One of the Laurels knows how to make sushi and so she taught us all.  I made mine veggie style and then shared my plate with the Bishopric.  Let me tell you I am not a sushi person I don't do fish EVER.  So I was happy to say I ate the yucky seaweed and no fish Sushi.

Family Date Night

Nov 15th Marshall took us all to the BYU Basketball game.  We sat with the Fiso Family and had a blast.  We ate nachos and churros and BYU won!

While dads away the girls will play

Marshall went to Las Vegas to run Ragnar so I took the Girls out for a Fun Date.  We called Lance and Angela to go with us to the Trafalga Fun Center Arcade.  Lance being the expert to get tickets.  Lance hung out with Libby helping her play lots of games and get her tons of fun prizes.  We then went to Yogurt Bliss for a yummy treat!

She kicked the ball to make it up the hill.
Pretty sure we skipped 8 or 10
of the 18 holes, but we had fun!

The fun part of the weekend without Marshall was........ look who got 3 teeth!

Young Women in Excellence

Nov 17th My Secretay did a fantastic job of decorating and planning a wonderful event.
The theme was "Stand ye high in holy places".

We decorated with high heals in the value colors then dispayed items they had been working on.
She painted their names on a board and they all loved it.

Hanging out with dad!!!

These were taken between Oct 15-29th I am sure they were on an evening when I had Young Womens and Dad was home playing with the girls.

For a girl who won't sleep in the car she always seems to sleep those 8 min from grandmas house!!
